I'm going to try this tonight, albeit without 1/2 the ingredients you used in the pizza. I've never grilled one before, so we'll see. I made pesto awhile back with abundance of garlic chives that grow helter skelter in my yard. It turned out nicely, so I'll use that and mozzarella, tomato sauce, and basil.

I had to look up "tzaziki sauce." Oh--I never knew the name of it. Here is a recipe I found at Allrecipe.com:
2 (8 ounce) containers plain yogurt
2 cucumbers - peeled, seeded and diced
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
    3 cloves garlic, peeled

Directions

In a food processor or blender, combine yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill and garlic. Process until well-combined. Transfer to a separate dish, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour for best flavor.

Have to try this. I've never had falafel, so one day soon I'll try this. Talked to my sister today and they are having "Angela's Pizza" tonight. You're good for all of us.

I enjoy your website and was happy to find your lastest entry. Both of the wines you mentioned sound wonderful. The Christmas buttons were something new to me and they look so cute. I made your bluebery muffins last summer and we liked them. Aunt M.
